Earlier this the week I was discussing long distance relationships with my wife, Sunny. We believe this kind of relationship requires more commitment, trust, and effort than usual. We already live in a fast/busy world and everyone has their everyday share of pressure… distance is not something we would usually want to factor in a relationship. Still… on the bright side, overcoming this challenge may be rewarding and the couple can have a closeness that would have not been possible otherwise. This is why we love it when we see couples like Lee and Kelsey, a couple that despite it all they made it work. We got to film their wedding rehearsal and we had the opportunity to learn more about their story, how their friends and relatives were able to see that even with the distance their relationship and love grew together. Alejandro Calore – An Online Session

A little over a week ago I had the opportunity to have an online mentoring session with Alejandro Calore. For those of you that don’t know, Alejandro Calore is a wedding filmmaker that has taken a very different approach than the one usually found in the wedding industry. He has applied true concepts of cinema, and he knows how to make a piece of art more than just a wedding film. His work communicates something very unique, beautiful, and often times poetic. It was an incredible opportunity for me to learn new things from someone I respect, and after years in the business it finally came my turn to write a review:
